My order was weeks late in arriving. It was weeks late from the updated promises. I missed the windows for installation and was quite inconvenienced. The quality was poor. One of the panels came with a void in it and was unusable. Since I ordered a little extra and the customer service was so bad, I just through it away. Very disappointed. I won’t order again.
1. The Regency brick panels were not uniform in thickness and the tabs on some of the panels were 1/4" to 3/8" too thick so they wouldn't lay in the slots very well. I finally took a sander and sanded them down to where they would reasonably fit and look like real brick. 2. The painting of the brick was inconsistent with the grouting color smeared on the face of some of the bricks. 3. With the expense of this product, I would expect that the quality control would be a lot better.

When installed around a fireplace opening/insert, and/or stove, you must follow the fireplace insert/stove manufacturer's specifications for required clearances of Class B materials.
