Description of Custom Flexible Straps
Flex beam straps will add a rustic, old-world touch to your ceiling beams with their realistic look of iron.
Traditionally straps are used to join two beams together. While our beams don’t require this type of structural reinforcement, these flex straps enhance the illusion of real solid wood beams, and are also handy for hiding seams when more than one beam is used.
Our Custom Flexible Straps are cut to the exact width of your beam and pre-scored for a crisp edge. Straps will need to be trimmed during installation for a custom fit on the height.
Straps are further customed by allowing you to select the fasteners that best meet you desired aesthetic. Options are plain, faux nuts on one side and faux bolts on the other or clavos.
Installation is simple and only requires a utility knife, adhesive, screws and a few small nails. It’s an easy DIY project.
