The issue with the proposed solution will be that the base is not flush with the ground and the rocks that project down will need to be trimmed which may detract from an authentic appearance.

Faux panels can be used to cover an existing wall but cannot be structural.
We offer samples of the River Rock Faux Rock panel that will show you the texture and colors of this style. We do not offer samples of the corners, however.
They are not cast cement. They are a high-density polyurethane.
