I was very concerned about the purchase because the reviews were not that good, however I did not incur what was previously written by others, I was very happy with the customer service, tech support and delivery.

Can these be used behind wood stove See more »

Our products can be used near fireplaces & wood stoves but with restrictions. Our wall panels are made of high-density polyurethane and are combustible. When installed around a fireplace opening/insert, and/or stove, you must follow the fireplace insert/stove manufacturer's specifications for required clearances of Class B materials. You also must adhere to any, and all, building and/or fire codes concerning clearances that are applicable in your area. For complete information about using our products around heat sources please visit: https://www.barrondesigns.com/terms-a...

We currently have brick on our outside. It appears to be actual brick and not an overlay sort of thing. I hate it! I want the multi-colored river rock. Is it possible to put the River rock over the brick or would the brick need to be removed? See more »

We have specific installation instructions for applying our products to concrete/brick. Here are links to those instructions:

Do the outside edges need to be finished off with something or are they left as they come? I just ordered a sample of the river rock and will be making a feature wall. See more »

They need to be finished. Please closely look at the River Rock sample as it is a little different from most of our other panels because of the projection of the rocks. Finishing the sides on this style can be quite challenging.

I have a park model mobile home set on slab with 2in differences in height along the 44' length, my question is , can I cut your product to fit ???? See more »
3 years ago
Our panels can be cut very easily with any good wood cutting tool. Samples can be ordered directly off of the website. We highly recommend ordering samples of any product you are considering so that you can see the colors and witness the amazing textures. Since every monitor is different, this is the most effective way to be sure you get exactly what you want. The purchase price of up to 5 samples will be rebated with full product purchase. want to make stone archway? See more »
7 months ago
River Rock panels are not flexible so using them for the radius of an archway would be very difficult. The only thing I can think of at the moment is you could use the river rock set and adhere the individual faux rocks. Again, they are not flexible (but can be shaved down with a box cutter or small saw to fit) and are hollow. You would also have to craft a way to handle the gaps between the faux rocks to make it look like grout. It could work but overall, not an ideal use case for the product and will require a lot of patience.

No we do not make custom sizes of the wall panels, however the panels can be trimmed to fit your needed size using any wood cutting tool.

How do I make an outside corner with these panels. My wall dimensions are 2'x8' and the connecting wall is 1.5'x8' See more »
3 years ago
We recommend either using our interlocking corner panel or mitering a panel to create the corner. Here is a link to the corner panel: https://www.barrondesigns.com/river-r... and here is a link on how to miter an outside corner https://www.barrondesigns.com/project... Due to the size of the rocks this will be difficult. Another option is to use the grouted filler panel and the faux rock set which will allow for more design flexibility.
