Soft Stop Barn Door Hardware

Here to civilize your sliding barn door hardware, the Soft Stop provides a clean, soft close. Manufactured to precise dimensions, this mechanism hides subtly behind the track, gently and quietly catching your barn door similarly to soft-closing drawer slides. Designed for interior hardware applications, the Soft Stop is a safe way to reduce the impact of the door at the end of the track. The triggers adjust vertically to accommodate low spots and make sure the door functions smoothly. The Soft Stop mechanism also adjusts for less or more tension as needed for the desired operation. Order yours today! Note: each order comes with two Soft Stops--one for each end of the track. Both soft stops can be used on tracks that are 6 feet and longer. Tracks shorter than 6 feet will only be able to accommodate the left OR the right soft stop but not both.

Universal retrofit: The Soft Stop mounting plate allows it to be easily and simply retrofitted to nearly any existing RealCraft Flat Track kit. It is 1½" tall, and is compatible with tracks that have hole spacing that is between 16½" - 24" apart. If you already have one of our sliding barn door hardware kits in place, you can upgrade and add the Soft Stop.

The Soft Stop is an accessory for barn door hardware kits and is intended for residential use only. Sliding hardware & track is NOT included.

The Soft Stop kit will ship with the barn door when ordered together. If ordered alone, it will ship in 1-2 days.
